Meet Our New Development Director!
In the 1800’s, American barns were costly and required more labor to build than a typical family could provide. Barn raising enlisted members of the community (unpaid) to help build neighbors’ barns. Neighbors recruited others because the favor would eventually return to each participant.
We are thrilled to introduce our new Development Director, Anne Sych (rhymes with ‘stitch’). Anne’s role is similar to barn raising. Her job is to raise friends to collectively build and resource our pregnancy help mission. Anne has lived on the Peninsula for over 20 years and brings that many years of skill and experience in public relations, marketing strategy, event planning, and internet analytics (important to increasingly connect with all of us through our smart phones). She has been an ‘unpaid’ friend of our ministry for long time (helping ‘build the barn’ here) and she is now called by God to be on staff. Welcome, Anne!

Mind-Changed
Occasionally after a client comes in for an appointment, we ask if she’d consider filling out a testimony survey. Often these are the “mind-changed” clients. Women who came to see us who were planning on having an abortion, but after talking with an advocate, chose life for their baby.
Prayer and Praises – January 2021
anuary is a month of memory in the prolife community. It can feel monumentally heavy as we remember how many years abortion has now been legalized in America. However, it is a month dedicated to the Sanctity of Human Life; the sacredness of God’s creation. It points to His holiness and kindness in making something so precious. It encourages hope and praise.
The Provision of Time
As a staff, we are so grateful for the provision of time that our donors give us to make space and sit down and talk with women. For this woman, this literally allowed us to meet with the woman again before she went to the abortion clinic.

In this season of ongoing sickness and turmoil, it can be easy to lose sight of the good things that still surround us. The beauty of the changing leaves. Warm drinks on a cold day. And the hope that each new life brings.
