Will We Do What It Takes to Stop The Abortion Boom?

New Virginia Laws and COVID-19 have combined to create an Abortion Boom. The Peninsula can be a community where, no matter what, moms have the help and hope they need to choose life for their baby . . .  but we need your help. Would you give $25 to stop the abortion boom? If you’re already part of the Care Net family, would you tell 3 new people about Care Net and sign up to mentor a local mom in need?

+ covid-19 =

ABORTION BOOM

Ultrasounds are no longer necessary prior to a woman having an abortion.

The mandatory waiting period for women to think about their options has been lifted.

Other medical professionals, besides doctors, can perform surgical abortions.

The global pandemic due to Covid-19 has led to a rise in women seeking abortions.

If local moms don’t have the support they need they are more likely to default to abortion

We can’t let that happen! We know that women who meet with one of our advocates are more likely to choose life for their baby. In fact, last year over half of the women who came to our clinic considering abortion changed their minds and chose to keep their baby.

We know you stand for life no matter what’s going on in our world. We’re with you! That’s why we’re doubling down to stop the abortion boom. We’ve doubled our investment in digital ads, added new services for women, and connected more clients than ever with a local church. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!

SO WHAT IS THIS CHURCH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?

We ask every client if she’d like someone to walk through this difficult season of life with her.  If she says yes, she gets a call within 24 hours from people like YOU.  A woman from a local church.  Not a theologian or a super-mom, just someone willing to say “Jesus loves and cares for you, how can I help?”.  To be a mentor you’ll need to be connected to a local church.  We’ll give you the basic tools to provide seasonal discipleship to a woman in need. Click Here to apply to be a mentor.
