Former Board Chair, Mark Lee, Named Chairperson for Peninsula4Life Benefit Dinner

Former Care Net Peninsula Board Chair and respected business entrepreneur, Mark Lee, will serve as chairman of the annual Peninsula4Life Benefit Dinner on Friday, October 30th, at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

This October 30th over 900 guests will gather at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, Virginia for the 40th annual Peninsula4Life Dinner benefitting Alcove Health, the Peninsula’s only no-cost women’s pregnancy health center. This annual event brings together local businesses, churches, and individuals to raise awareness and funds for the pregnancy clinic’s medical services and resources.

“It is an honor to chair this year’s Peninsula4Life Dinner in support of Alcove Health and its mission to walk alongside women facing unplanned pregnancies and empower them to choose life for their unborn children.

“Having previously served as Chair of Care Net Peninsula’s Board of Directors, it is a joy to return for this special evening to celebrate the 40th Peninsula4Life Benefit Dinner. I am deeply encouraged by the growth, faithfulness, and impact of this ministry over the years.”

The evening’s keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood clinical director and bestselling author of Unplanned and the founder of And Then There Were None, a ministry that helps abortion clinic workers leave the industry. She will share her personal journey and insights from her years serving women on both sides of the abortion issue.
