September 2020 Prayer & Praises

Beloved Intercessors,
We no longer have to sacrifice bulls or lambs to approach our Holy and Mighty God. His love has paved a way for our greatest need: to be in restored fellowship with Him. Now we can approach His throne with boldness, asking on behalf of others! Knowing the Holy Spirit intercedes for all of us with groanings too deep for words makes our prayers resound with hope even in the face of darkness in our nation and community. His heart moves for those being harmed. Pray with urgency. Yet pray with hope!

Pray for guests to attend the Peninsula4Life Dinner who will want to partner with Care Net on a monthly basis.

“Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.” – Proverbs 11:25

Pray for Ryan Bomberger as he prepares his message for our guests at the Peninsula4Life Dinner, and pray for our hosts who will be gathering people in their homes to hear his message.

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives…” – Isaiah 61:1a

Pray for wisdom for our leadership as we are exploring expanded services to help women in crisis.

“By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established.” – Proverbs 24:3
