Our Mission

We are on a mission to bring practical help and hope in Jesus to women facing unplanned pregnancy decisions on the Peninsula.

Why We Do It

Half of pregnancies in the United States are unexpected. 43% of unexpected pregnancies end in abortion. At current rates 1 in 3 women will have an abortion by age 45. In the U.S more than 1,000,000 unborn children lose their lives to abortion each year. Right here on the Peninsula 1630 babies are lost to abortion.

A study revealed that 94% of women who have had an abortion say, knowing where they are in life today, they would not have chosen abortion.

Our History

In May 1985, a group of citizens concerned with the plight of women in crisis pregnancy situations met with the goal of organizing a life-affirming center to provide emotional, spiritual, and practical help. As a result, Peninsula Crisis Pregnancy Center was opened on September 29, 1985. In 2005, we changed our name to Care Net Resource Pregnancy Centers, Inc. We launched medical services in 2012 with our first ultrasound, Medical Director and Registered Nurses. In 2017 we expanded our capacity by opening a stand-alone clinic named Alcove Health. We are continuing to serve record numbers of women on the Peninsula thanks to YOU.
